Notice of Probable Violation
You have reached this page in an effort to resolve an issue, complaint or problem involving a damage prevention stakeholder in Maryland. All incidents must have occurred no more than 365 days from the incident discovery.
It is the Authority’s strong recommendation that you first attend your Local Damage Prevention Meeting (LDPM).
The LDPM is a monthly meeting of damage prevention stakeholders of Maryland; you will have the opportunity to establish lines of communication and/or to meet with stakeholder representatives to resolve your issue at the LDPM level.

(Note: there is a $250.00 non-refundable filing fee associated with each submittal**NOTE: Fee will be waived from 1/1/2013 – 6/30/2013)
- Please note that if you choose not to attend your LDPM, the Authority reserves the right to refer you back to this group before hearing your case.
- Once the Authority has agreed to hear your claim, you will be sent a date and time for your hearing.
- Failure to show up for your hearing without notice will result in the immediate dismissal of your claim.
